Membership pricing
- Monthly — $40 per month plus a one-time $20 enrollment fee
- Annual — $480 per year with the enrollment fee waived
- 12-month term
Included preventive care
- Two routine cleanings and two routine exams during each 12-month term
- Routine diagnostic X-rays when clinically appropriate
- Preventive screenings and personalized home-care guidance
Reduced fees on additional treatment
Members receive reduced fees on most additional treatment, without insurance claims, deductibles, or annual maximums.
